CHINA VISA

You are all US citizens, and we will obtain your visa through the Chinese Consulate in New York City. The cost of the visa is $180, and it is included in the trip fee.

To help us obtain your visa for China, please do the following

• Please bring your passport to Mr. Downes or Mr. DaSilva in the International Center by January 15th. Your passport must not expire before October 2018.

• We will take the visa photos at the first orientation meeting on Wednesday January 24th in Lyndon North at 6:30 PM

• Please access and fill out your visa application online here. When it is completed, please print it out and bring it to the International Center by January 31st. To fill out the visa form, please note the following:

1. Page 1: complete your name exactly as it appears on your passport. Leave 1.9 blank. 1.10 is "ordinary". 1.15 is "student". 1.16 is "other" - high school. 1.17 is Tabor Academy, 66 Spring St. Marion MA 02738, 508-748-2000.
2. Page 2: 1.18 to 1.21 should list your own information. Use your Tabor address (above) for your home address. 1.23 list your parents and siblings. 1.24 list one of your parents.1.25 is United States. 2.1 is "tourism" only. 2.2 if you are a US citizen please check the 4th box "multiple entries valid for one year"; if you are not a US citizen please check the first box "one entry valid for 3 months". 2.3 is "no". 2.4 is "2018-03-12"
3. Page 3: 2.5 is 8 days. 2.7 is "my parents will prepay all expenses to my school Tabor Academy". 2.6 "Date" is March 12th-19th 2018. "Detailed address" is "Beijing Blue Sky Hotel, Building 1, #306 Guantou Industrial Area, Beijing 118304. (this is only for visa application purposes). 2.8 is "Ms. Tianheng Han", RDFZ XISHAN SCHOOL, No. 9 Malianwa South St. Haidian, Beijing CHINA 100094" "86-18612418257" "school exchange coordinator at RDFZ" 2.9 & 2.10 - answer accurately. 3.1 to 3.5 - answer accurately.
